Help!

I was experiencing the all dry signal no wet issue previously mentioned by another user and was taking the Boy apart to have a good look at the solder joints on the blend pot as suggested in that thread.

Problem is, I managed to ease the knobs off the Blend and Feed Back pots no problem, but when I tried to remove the knobs on the Delay and Depth pots the shafts came out with them!! Is this fixable? Would I need to have the pots replaced? I’m really hoping it’s something that can be sorted out quickly and easily.
