First post, hopefully the hasn’t been covered yet. I’ve seen some posts about powering this pedal and it’s effect on the delay time and such. Can you use a one-spot to power this pedal without damage or degradation of the effect’s quality? I’d really like it to sit on my pedalboard.
Any help in this topic would be great! I also have a onespot and am receiving a Memory Boy for Christmas if Santa decides to stop by me house!
Memory Boy comes with a power supply, and the instructions say to use only the provided power supply. I don’t know the in’s and out’s of this, but I’d probably stick with what the instructions recommend. Have fun with your new Memory Boy!
i have a one spot and a memory boy. i suggest either using a battery or the adapter you’re given with the boy. the one spot degrades the quality in all ways, and not in a good way.
