    I bought a Mel-9 about two months ago and hadn’t been able to spend much time with it today. Used it once about a month ago and seemed pretty cool. Plugged it in today and no sound. Tried using the Dry output and it sounded normal, but the Effect output – silence. Using dedicated power source and LED is on, so I don’t think it’s a power issue. Any ideas?

    If the EHX supply is good as it seems something is wrong and you should talk with servive.

    I’ve had this happen to me a few times. The LED would be ON, but no sound.

    Unplugging the power supply from the pedal for a moment before replugging it back in would get the unit back in order.
