    Hello,

    My friend brought me a LPB-1 to look at. He said it was working fine and it stopped boosting. The LED glows red but it does not pass any audio what so ever.

    Alright.

    So I opened the pedal up and the potentiometer is super loose. So I think it creating an open circuit. After wiggling it some more the led stopped turning on as well.

    ok.

    So I pulled out the old alligator clips. I jumped the input to the output. Is there a way I can test the footswitch?
