    Heya

    I have a graphic fuzz just with one problem when i turn it on there’s this really loud pop coming from my speakers which is rather odd since none of the other pedals have this and it’s really annoying.

    Anyone had this before/know how to fix this ?

    Thanks, and sorry i forgot about the search function.

    So i may assume that this will fix the problem and won’t be to “dangerous” for the pedal to install this for someone with limited soldering experience ?

    hi and sorry for the ‘link as reply’ … I didn’t have much time earlier and had just popped on the site for 5 mins to check everything was ok….

    …to be honest if you aren’t confident soldering I wouldn’t risk messing up what I presume is a new pedal.

    firstly I would suggest stomping on the switch a few times when you first power it up and see if the popping becomes less.

    … if not, have a search for ‘switch popping’ and ‘footswich pop’ because there has been many threads on the subject and you might find some good advice….

    I’m not an expert on this issue but it is a common problem (and not just with ehx stuff) but it is usually fixable one way or another.
