Hellowzers!
I need a volume booster for the effects loop, is the LPB-1 a good idea?
How’s the transparancy, in terms of adding bass or treble?
It’s either this or building another SHO-clone, but I don’t like what that does to the high end.
Thanks!
ps. my bassplayer stole my Riddle, more clips coming up very soon
I don’t see why the LPB-1 wouldn’t be a good idea. It doesn’t do much to the tone, so i think it should be fine.
What does it do to the tone?
Sorry, but in the loop the tone differences are much bigger than before the amp.
You know what, I’m just gonna try it, 30 bucks isn’t a big loss is it?!
For me, i think it adds just a little bit of bass, but not alot.
But go for it, its a great pedal for the price

Ok that’s not a problem at all for a solo boost
The SHO somehow completely takes that harmonics out of my high end :S
And adds way too much bass. I could tweak that out by changing a capacitor or something but screw it!
