I played my Little Big Muff side by side with a Big Muff NYC (bought a few days ago) and was struck by how much weaker the Little was compared to the NYC. It didn’t sound bad but not nearly as good as the NYC. I found this website:
http://djjondent.blogspot.com/2017/10/electro-harmonix-time-line.html
And it noted the following:
2006
++Little Big Muff Pi V10 “XO”. Three knob nano sized Big Muff.
2006 to present. PCB Numbers: EC-D1, EC-D2, EC-D2 Revs A – E, EC-D3
I have an EC-D2rG which I assume is a revision G which goes beyond what is noted above. So it would be one of the later revisions.
Anyone else have a Little Big Muff that noticed a bit of a weak (primarily volume) sound? Again, it doesn’t sound bad but it definitely sounds different than its big brother.
