    I recently bought a used muff overdrive with a broken power jack. The problem seems to be in the circuit itself but I can’t open up the box to see the circuit because I can’t get the pot off. The knob seems to be glued on and can’t be removed. Are there any tricks or anything for getting the knob off or dissolving the glue?

    It’s not glued on. It’s just on there very tight. You just need to get something under it. You need to be careful though.
