Home › Forums › Help/Technical Questions › Just received a Micro Synth in the mail… doesn’t work.
I bought it off craigslist and had it shipped to me. When it’s bypassed, the signal comes through fine, but when the pedal is engaged, it’s dead silent. I tried it with the included 9.6v adapter, and also with my pedalboard’s 9.6v power supply.

The seller says if it isn’t working he’ll refund my money and the shipping costs, but assures me that it was working for him a few days ago when he shipped it, and that it always worked before that.
Just send it back and let him deal with it.
If he got it for a good price, it might be better just to send it to EH for repair.
