Hi, I just got my lovely superego+, which is great fun.
Now I am stuck with this very strange noise : sort of white noise when open/close B BYPASS footswitch. It is very loud and only appear when turning it on or off. In Latch mode, it does not appear anytime I “latch”, but definitely appear when I turn it on, or double-tap to turn it off. The turning-on noise is short and turning-off one is about one second.
It is so loud that it is unusable in terms of performance… I really need to know how to prevent it. Thanks!
BTW I use synth, not guitar. Thanks!
I tried with guitar and it is fine. Noise problem seems only appear when I plug it as a route hardware effect on my audio interface. It is [audio interface output ] to [superego+] to [audio interface input 5].
My other route like this works all fine though.
That is odd
It sounds like a ground loop.
Make sure the EHX supply is plugged in the same place as the other grear.
Monday please write the techs at:

Hi, I have exactly the same problem with Superego+.
What is the solution for it?
Best Regards,
Dominik.

Are you using the EHX supply???
Sometimes cheap third party daisy chain supplies induce ground noise.
If you are using the EHX supply please contact the techs at
