Just got it out of the box and the volume knob seems to have some problems. Anything less than 12 o’clock is very, very low volume. At exactly 12 however is where it gets weird. At exactly 12 the signal goes down to nearly nothing and then jumps up once you go over 12. What might be causing this, bad solder job, faulty pot?
Dude I have had issues with my volume too and it wasn’t the pot. Did you get the muff used or new? Seriously I have had the same issue and one day it worked fine but every other day same issue. Check out my thread and tell me if it is similar?
It’s brand new, just out of the box today. I could buy a new pot for this thing and fix but I think I’ll just return it and grab one the NYC ones they have in stock. I don’t think I should have to go modding and fixing a brand new pedal. Gotta say the soldering job inside looks like it was done by a blind, one armed 4 year old with Parkinson’s.

I know! I got this thing for $20 on ebay and when I opened it up I was like…crap. I mean it looks like they tried to make traces with solder and what not…its horrible.
