    Hey guys,

    My Micro POG sometimes flickers on and off or doesn’t come on, I don’t feel like I can rely on it at the moment and I have a gig on saturday. It doesn’t do it all the time, but I’m worried about it going wrong onstage.

    I had a look inside and there’s a spring between the board and chassis, I reckon it’s to earth the circuit, could it be that this spring isn’t making proper contact?

    if so, should I have a go at soldering the spring to the casing or put a penny inbetween to make sure it’s a steady contact… or is it likely to be a bum switch?

    sounds like a possible switch problem but I suppose it could be anything, have you checked it’s not the power supply?

    I’m pretty sure it’s not the power supply, I gave the cable a few wiggles. It seems to be a switch problem I think.

    What should I do?

    how long have you had it? is it still under warrenty?

    I think I’ve had it since about November… I’m not sure if I sent off for the Warranty though :facepalm:

    I’ll have to check when I get home.

    is there any way to find out online? I know it’s a stupid question, but I’m just not sure if I did it or not.

    That might not exist anymoar… I’ve moved house since the purchase.

    How does this usually work?… I was expecting to get something posted back or an email or something to confirm my warranty… that’s if I’d sent it off in the first place… such an idiot… this is the first pedal I’ve ever had go nuts on me, so I’ve never been very thoughtful about the whole warranty process… I’ll check my old emails, cos I have had emails from EHX…

    looks like I need to keep my reciepts then, I had no idea.

    WOO! found the Google Checkout reciept in my emails…

    do you guys reckon a print out of this will suffice?

    I bought it back in Sept ’08, so it hasn’t seen much action, and I certainly don’t abuse it… it’s been in a flight case since I got it, and I’m not heavy footed.
