    So Scott encouraged me to make a few demos with the pedals that I’ve got, and I love talking about pedals, and I thought it’d be cool to take requests. So here’s a list of what I have/what I have immediate access to:

    Bass Big Muff (I can play bass or guitar through it)
    Micro POG
    Stereo Pulsar
    Stereo Memory Man w/ Hazarai
    Deluxe Memory Man (not the XO version)
    The Worm, with exp. pedal (the XO version)
    Flanger Hoax

    For combination requests, I can use my other pedals, too, which are:
    Barber LTD Special Recipe
    Way Huge Red Llama
    Subdecay Prometheus

    I’d really like to see an in-depth flanger hoax demo, it’s a pedal I’ve always been interested in because it looks like it can do endless varieties of modulation, but all the demos I’ve seen never seem to show quite the amount of variety I was expecting it to do….it like ‘here’s a flanger sound’ ‘here’s another sound’ or whatever….and ‘here’s some wacky noise’ without actually explaining the knobs/switches and what effect they have overall.

    Can do. I think I’ll wait until I have a substantial amount of requests before making these demos, though. Maybe six or seven requests? I suppose we’ll see how much interest there is.

    Yea, i’d love to see a Flanger Hoax demo so i can see what other possibilities in sounds i can get with mine.

    Good grief! That’s no easy task. EHX had to add a Block Diagram to the manual to try and explain: https://www.ehx.com/assets/instructions/flanger-hoax.pdf

    If you can wrap you mind around the diagram first, you might be able to pull off a video.

    It’s certainly a challenge, but I’ve got nothing but gigs this Summer, so my weekdays are pretty free.

    Most of the time, I just turn the knobs and switches randomly until i find a sound i like :freak:

    The new Worm interests me! And so does the Bass Big Muff with guitar! If you can do these two it would be awesome!

    P.S. A vote from me for the Flanger hoax too!

    I ALMOST picked up a used Hoax today for $125, but just couldn’t do it. As I had one on loan for a few months and could find no use for it. An exhaustive demo, especially of the phasing/filtering capabilities would be rad.

    That said…

    I would actually prefer a demo of the PULSAR in stereo.

    Come on man, you want we should throw flowers in your path so you feel appropriately appreciated? Make with them demos! We’ll bring beer and ladies. :poke: And yes the Hoax would be the best thing to do first. Thanks!

    Ha, no, I just want to have a good amount of stuff to do before I borrow the equipment that I’ll need to make good demos, so I don’t have to borrow it again and again, y’know?

    I’ll see about making a pulsar demo in stereo, too. I think Larry Demarco already made a demo in stereo, but I’ll do it, if you want.
