Hi, I have the 45000 and I like it very much on many aspects (sound quality, multiple independent tracks, SD card to export/import loops). However there are mainly two things that really drives me crazy, and I would like to ask if enhancements in this regard are possible.

The first thing is the click sound: I play guitar, often distorted, so the moment I start playing the click – so low and muffled – just disappears under the guitar sound. The problem is twofold: not only not hearing the click properly leads to sloppy playing, but the whole quantize functionality becomes kind of useless: if you go off tempo when quantizing, you end up with something cut earlier or later, no need to explain how bad this is :

Second thing, I always found quantizing quite limiting, being only for 4/4. Once one wants to try something else, he has to give up tempo – when it would be needed all the more!

    So my questions would be:

    1) would it be possible to make the click sound configurable? E.g. when doing an update, loading wave files containing the desired click sounds (probably one for high and one for low beats)?

    2) would it be possible to quantize by the beat rather than the bar? This would then cover any odd time signature.

If any of these features are already available, sorry, I am not aware of that.
    Thanks in advance!

Please, please, please tell me there’s an easy way to erase or undo a loop that you’ve just recorded! I’ve just bought a 45000 and it seems there is no way to do this… although i would have thought that it was an essential feature for any looper! A software update could do it… double click the record or stop button on the foot controller for example. Help!

Problem solved… thanks to EHX who wrote back to me very quickly.
I do have another question however… is there any way to disable the TEMPO slider? When I’m playing back pre-recorded loops it’s very annoying if I touch that slider by accident and the who thing goes Alvin & The Chipmunks on me!!!
