Home › Forums › Vintage EHX › Identifying a Hog’s Foot Bass Booster – Original or not?
Hi all
I have a Hog’s Foot Bass Booster at home… but I am wondering if it is original because the pot looks weird to me. I don’t know if there was some Op Amp version of this unit and the PCB doesn’t have any marking.
Is it some werird version, a DIY one in an original enclosure or something else?
Here are some pictures. I am the one who replaced the dead footswitch and battery strap. When I was given this unit, it already had the knob replaced.
Best regards
Thomas
Is that pedal completely unknown?
Definitely unusual but likely original.
Ok I really thought it was a rebuilt because of the pot that looks really cheap compared to other EH products. It is a dual gang pot too. I can post better pictures if you want.
Is the know original too then? To me, the original should be the one found on the V5 big muff.
