I can’t think of an EHX pedal that does this…. DOD made a swell pedal back in the day, I’d imagine it worked along those lines, I think that would be pretty neat for a nano.
Here’s a pic of the DOD one, they are pretty rare….I’ve never seen one in real life.
That’s cool. Maybe EHX will pick up the idea. Seems right up their alley.

Wow, that thing looks crazy awesome. I don’t think a single or double knob version of that could be made though. An XO would suit that pedal well, but I don’t think that too many people would buy it if it were reissued.

Is that what the attack decay does? I always wondered…..I’ve only ever seen a picture!
January 14, 2009 at 5:58 pm #90696julianModeratoryeah, reverse note simulation. Fades the volume in slowly. Though I think it did more than just that, because you could set the decay- when the notes die. And the harmonics I think adds some dirt.

this is something me and F&ehx;came up with ages ago….the ‘black lodge’ reverse delay with modulation & distortion….it has a ‘twin peaks’ theme! I still think it would be a neat pedal.
actually, since the Hazarai, it doesn’t seem quite as exciting as it did back then, although modulated reverse delay is still something new.

Dont get me wrong i love the Latest SMMH I just wish it had 3 more presets per mode and a foot controller to control it all with AND a hold button to extend the delay indefinitely would be tight! I even came up with an artistic rendering of the footcontroller!

That seems like a very groovy and effective controller.

I know the Russian Big Muff is fuzzier than the American, (I own the American) but why not make another huge pedal with one function, being fuzz. ZVex Fuzz Factory sound, but the size of a watermelon… Could be fun, no? Also, my vote supports the tuner. I have an all EHX pedal board, and I would love to add a tuner to it. There’s a tuner on my amp, but I’m gonna take that amp out behind the barn like a lame horse, as I hate it and am paying off a new (1968-new to me) Sunn. A tuner would help me keep my obsessive all-EHX dream alive, and help me in live rock-out situations.

January 24, 2009 at 6:07 pm #91647StankerbellMemberYeah, that would be cool. I play a tiny instrument, so I like to compensate with my amps and pedals being kinda big… Also, what about throwing those two special controls from the Germanium OD onto a few more things… For that matter, why not the germanium transistor? (Guess who loves ’60s rock!)
