    It really depends on the pedal
    some pedals like the frequency analyzer would be significantly changed by going down by 9v. Others not so much. I’ve only heard good things about the XO microsynths

    What about a EQ signal splitter? Something like 1 input, 3 outputs for low, mid, and high frequencies, 2 knobs to control the cutoff between low-mid and mid-high. It would allow for some interesting combinations. Maybe pair it with a 3 input 1 (or 2) output mixer stompbox. That way you can send each frequency though a separate signal chain. That’s the basic idea anyway, I’m sure there are other useful things you could add.

    re issue of the medusa font freq analyzer, electric mistress (bigmuffsized boxed one) and the opamp big muff(big muffsize box) would be cool! HINT HINT!

    Yes, but Joe Truchess made some very simple but clever circuitry for that unit. If you get one, just hope that it doesn’t need a replacement CA3094!!

    EHX already probably made a pedal like this, but what about a nano that automatically does volume swells in response to your picking?

    I can’t think of an EHX pedal that does this…. DOD made a swell pedal back in the day, I’d imagine it worked along those lines, I think that would be pretty neat for a nano.

    Here’s a pic of the DOD one, they are pretty rare….I’ve never seen one in real life. :)
