I have a lot of old, big EHX pedal and some of them are in really weird rusty condition, even if they work fine.
Have you ever thinked to sell enclosure replacements for these old pedal? It is very hard to find broken stuffs to use as a replacement parts, so maybe it could be an interesting idea.
