thought some people might want to see this fuzz pedal. just built it over the last two days and it sounds freakin sweet. i have EHX to thank for getting me so interested in building effects.
what are you looking at? pretty similar circuit to a super fuzz -SC trans, volume and fuzz pots, mid scoop switch. basic, full analog fuzz!
[p.s. don’t know what to call it yet…probably something to do with the big fuzz knob or the cosmic glitter paint….maybe big cosmic glitter fuzz? i’ll keep thinking…]
Sound clips. Looks good! Nice clean layout!
can anyone recommend a good/fast way to do this?
Awesome, it looks good! I tried making my own pedal a few months ago, but i failed horribly and gave up
Building pedals is a lot of fun but I haven’t built anything for months. I’ve lost interest in it I think, I’m more into guitars and wring now. I always go back and forth between guitar wiring and effect building it seems. Coming up with new ways to wire your guitar can be just as fun as building a pedal if you get creative.
anyways, here’s some good places to learn how to make pedals:

sweet, i’ll check out some of those — add tonepad to the list too. and i just found weber for and ax84 for amp builds.
instructibles and makezine are also good sources for electronics projects.
edit: and music from outer space has sweet synth projects i wanna get into.
