Is the Hum Debugger digital or analog?
Is it capable of reducing noise also in humbacker equipped guitars?
The Hum Debugger is digital and will help with any 50/60-cycle hum being created by your power outlet. Humbuckers can still let some hum through so it could potentially help. That said, there are different kinds of noise and some that are created by other things aside from your guitar’s relationship to the power outlet. Buzz and other noise like that from a loud distortion pedal will not be taken care of by the Hum Debugger.
