I want to know if this amp pedal can run on 9 or 12 volt DC (so it can be portable not need electricity plug socket but run off powerbank). It is a class D amp internally and many of those function fine on lower voltages – albeit with volume reducing slightly. I have had eye on this unit to purchase for a while. Any help appreciated from the manufacturer please.
We have not tested the Howitzer at either 9VDC or 12VDC. Most likely it won’t work at 9VDC but 12VDC should work. Make sure the output plug is center-positive and the 12VDC power supply is capable of supplying at least 1.5A.
