so i have a micro pog pedal and i love it, except for one thing – the loud click that the switch mechanism makes when stomped.
i’ve read about using “soft feel” momentary switches to solve this problem, but wanted to know if anyone out there has swapped the switch on their micropog for one of these “soft feel” switches or knew what would be necessary to do so.

although you’d lose the true bypass-ness.June 7, 2011 at 6:33 pm #115482-=- * -=-ParticipantQuote:You would have to add some additional circuitry to do the actual switching.would one of these work? or do i need something else?

although you’d lose the true bypass-ness.because i’m trying not to add any more pedals (or additional looping/cabling) to my already overcrowded board.

Any of those solutions should work. The Cathedral mod is different.

those kits will work even though the micropog is not a true bypass pedal?
June 7, 2011 at 7:07 pm #115487The EH ManModeratorI honestly don’t know of the switching arrangement for the MP. Any good tech could make it true-bypass or install one of the soft switch bypass kits.
