How can I remove Memory Man ‘s knobs to see the circuit? they seems blocked….
Need help!
which memory man?
blocked?
I LOLd too, blocked knobs is a new one. Maybe his knobs run behind an IP and the provider blpcks knob removal?
They just pull off BTW, use a knife to pry them up gently, turning the knob a little at a time and prying at the same time.
Be sure to place a thin cloth between so you don’t screw up the knobs. I use a chamois cloth and a large flathead screwdriver to pry them off.
I use half a wooden clothes peg.
r u joking on me:D??? eheh…
It’s a very old memory man….they r hard to remove…and i don’t want to ruin the pedal!
it’s not easy!
the best way I have found is to wrap a strong rag around under the pot. then pull up and rock back and forth and the knob should come off safely.
Good luck!
Does the same thing go for a NYC Big Muff?
yup they are only pushed on, but they are pushed on with a machine so they are tight.
