Request for comments and recommendations.
PROS:
1. I like that Hot Wax is buffered bypass. Not a fan of true bypass.
2. Hot Wax saves space on pedalboard.
CONS:
1. Hot Wax is missing the Tone bypass switch that’s on the stand-alone Hot Tubes pedal.
2. Can’t switch the order of the pedals on Hot Wax.
3. Hot Tubes and Crayon individual pedals are true bypass, not buffered bypass like Hot Wax.
If you have the Hot Tubes pedal, do you use the Tone circuit bypass switch? Would you miss it, if it wasn’t available?
Thanks for any feedback you care to share!
