my holy grail power supply buzz’s like mad when in the socket

yet when i place my hand over it, it stops, but if i place anything else over it, it carries on

could this be a grounding issue with my supply as none of my other supplys do it

however if i have got my holy grail supply in an extension and say my english muff’n supply, it makes my muff’n supply hum too, but if i take the holy grail out, the muff’n stops humming

also when i got my pedal board it came with built in power and it also has the same power tip for the holy grail, if i used it would it damage in the insides of the pedal

the pedal seems to be working fine when using this power lead, but imjust concerned about the insides
