well, im on my second holy grail this month, and on the second failure.
the first one blew the processor chip.
now, i was playing this holy grail last night (i had to buy another one) and it worked fine. this morning i plug it in to play again, and it doesnt work. it passes signal in bypass and on, and the only thing it does on (in any position) is it will fade the signal out at 100% wet.
so, the pedal is “working” but not adding any reverb to the signal.
i took it apart and noticed the voltage regulator and the processor were very warm.
im kinda ticked off because this is the second holy grail i had to buy and im running out of “holy grail back up” money.
any help?
send it in to EH for service work
email them at info@ehx.com
even if it’s out of warranty, it’s pretty cheap, and will save you money over just buying a new one.
yeah i was thinking about it, but uggghhhh.
im a baby.
