    I’ve got a Holiest Grail pedal that’s going on 2 years old and it just seems to be locked up. The preset B light is illuminated but there is nothing from the effect. I’ve tried preset and free mode, every different preset bank and slider setting and nothing. Do I just need to send it in for repair?

    When you can’t get a Super Admin to do the simplest thing, like sticky a thread, you do what you have to do.
