Hi,

I’ve been using the optional Foot Controller with the HOG for about 18 months now. One two occasions in that time, I have gone to kick in one of my saved presets and the HOG has done nothing. It then becomes apparent that the controller no longer holds any of my presets and it has effectively reset itself.

The first time this happened was during a gig soundcheck (nightmare as I couldn’t use the HOG for the entire gig). The second time was last night when first powering up my rig after a gig the night before.

Has anyone else experienced this problem? It’s such a pain cos I have to try and remember all my settings and ‘remake’ the sounds and save them all again back onto the Foot Controller.

Could it be that I’m doing something wrong? Is there a way to accidentally reset the foot controller? Could it be because I never unplug the foot controller from the HOG before disconnecting the power?

Any thoughts would be greatly appreciated.
