If the delay turns up to 4 o’clock ,there is a noise like a tinnitus when I play the guitar.why?

I a chinese.in China, only a few people have the pedal. I have asked some of them but they didn’t have the problem.My English is terrible,hope you can underestand me .
That is a by-product of the delay ICs. There’s a “balance” trimpot that can be adjusted to reduce the noise to a minimum level.

its a reissue one.i want to seperate the chorus voice and the original voice,but the noise made me crazzy .do you mean the noise is normal,and its not a breakdown?
