Hello, I purchased my 95000 loop lab in January it had been working well until Friday when it stoped recording for some reason. The “new loop” green light wouldn’t turn on and the foot switch wasn’t working either. I searched on this forum and found a link to update the Firmware so I formatted the SD card with the suggested program, imported the LF1NY23.BIN file for the new 1.14 version into the SD card and. Installed it into the 95000
Now it’s recording again but something strange has happened with the right chanel. when I turn the unit on I can hear the right channel coming out of the output but after a few seconds it starts fading away and then I can not hear it come out of the output anymore. If I start recording a loop I can’t hear what I’m playing while I’m playing but when I start the loop the sounds comes out strong at first and then starts fading out again until I can’t hear it at all. I made a video and email it to customer support but I still haven’t heard back. I was hoping I could get some help here.
I repeated the process yesterday to see it that helped but it’s still doing the same thing.
Is there a different file for the latest version I can download?
Is there a teléfono number I can call to speak directly with an engineer or technician support?
I’m pretty sure its software not hardware as it didn’t do it before the update but I could be wrong… if I need to send it in I’d like to know as soon as possible.
Thanks

The DUB setting is to the right of the loop number in the display, when the LOOP/DUB LED is lit. Press the PAGE button to select DUB and then turn the VALUE knob to set the DUB value to maximum, which is 10.

Changing te DUB level to 10 has fixed the loop getting softer in volume, however the right channel output level still doesn’t work. If I restart the looper the output level of the right channel comes out strong for a few seconds and then disappears. I can only hear it’s in the loop after that but no direct signal out. The pan levels are fine and the Chanel output level is at a loud level… I’m not sure what is going on. Any suggestions? Thanks
April 12, 2019 at 9:14 pm #125092Flick (EHX Staff)ModeratorCan you show a photo of your settings?
April 12, 2019 at 9:14 pm #125093Flick (EHX Staff)ModeratorSpecifically your knob and fader settings on the 95000.

April 15, 2019 at 3:21 pm #125106Flick (EHX Staff)ModeratorThanks for the photo. Everything looks right in the photo as far as the right channel is concerned.
Is the problem that the audio from the right channel is not being recorded on to the loop or that you cannot hear the audio until after it is recorded? Could you clarify the problem a little further?
April 15, 2019 at 4:33 pm #125107CorinaHernandezParticipantHello Flick, thank you for getting back to me.
The right Chanel gets recorded on to the loop but can not heard while playing. have tried all possible variations: mono cable & stereo cable through left and right channel and headphones. I can only hear the right Chanel after it is recorded, no life sound while I play though it. Not through outputs nor headphones
I can email you a video if that helps. The forum won’t let me upload large files but I could email it if you like?
April 15, 2019 at 7:16 pm #125108Flick (EHX Staff)ModeratorI was shown the video. This is a very strange problem. Two questions:
Are you using the original power supply that the 95000 came with?
Do you hear the right input if you remove the cable from the Headphone Output jack?
April 15, 2019 at 9:31 pm #125109CorinaHernandezParticipantdo I need to send it in?
April 15, 2019 at 9:32 pm #125111CorinaHernandezParticipantYes, I have only used the original power supply
No, removing headphone jack doesn’t change anything
Also I can not hear the right output through the headphones, only once it’s recorded on the loopI don’t know what to do

Most likely it is actually a problem with the micro SD card. We recommend you reformat the card using the SD Association official formatter app which can be downloaded from here: https://www.sdcard.org/downloads/formatter_4/. We recommend a full format rather than just a quick erase.
The last thing is what software version is on the 95000? It will display a number such as 1.03 upon start up. The latest firmware is version 1.14. It might help with random lock ups, it can downloaded from here:
Press the download button in the upper right corner to download all files in a zip file
