    Hi guys, I luv my gutar and creating new and bizarre sounds with the help of my EHX gear.
    I’m trying to find new music to listen to combining effects laden guitars and electronic beats ? Ambient, chill , hip hop,rock or any Bpm realy … Any suggestions from all your music libraries ;-) cheers rob

    well it’s not super effect laden guitar – it’s acoustic so generally reverbs and tremolos and non-intrusive effects – but there are synths and beats; this is my band. cd drops friday and this kind of seems like it’d be up your alley.

    check out “Azeda Booth” they have one album, and two new EP’s that im pretty sure are free to download. their EP “Tubtrek” is pretty awesome in terms of sounds. I saw them live and couldn’t believe the sounds i was hearing from the two guitarists.

    Also, Radioheads new album The King of Limbs has some limited, but pretty interesting guitar sounds on “bloom” and “feral”

    If you want guitar music that no longer sounds like guitar, check out Panda Bear’s new “Tomboy” he hooked his guitar into a synth for pretty much the entire album.

    ok, take this suggestion with caution. its a very acquired taste and you almost need to build up a tolerance to em.

    I think they’re cool when you do some experiments on their songs.

    PRIMUS , there new album has me listening to all there older stuff and Les’s solo projects as well.
