Happy new Year!!!
I’ve only just got in from the NYE party (24 hours later!!!) had a bloody fantastic time, some things really do get better as you get older, nobody was sick, nobody got into a fight, just a very happy wonderful time was had by all (15 adults 10 kids) we danced to ABBA, drank (a little) too much, stayed up until 3.30 and had a huge cooked breakfast in the morning for everyone, went for a walk in the forest in the afternoon (kids had loads of fun getting muddy) then we all went back for tea and toast and cake…. fantastic, best NYE/NYD I’ve had for years.
Shame it had to end.

i spent it with my girlfriend… it was very nice, calm evening… i love her so much
i admit – when my friend called me, drunk and a little stoned… yeah, i was a bit sad i didn’t go to the party, but hey… i’m not a big party-guy anyway
and the evening was good even if i was almost sober
