As the title says…Using a brand new Micro-synth straight out of the box with the supplied power (as per the manual) and while it turns on, I am getting zero sounds. My signal passes through no problem, but as soon as the button is tapped, it goes completely mute. Any one else run into this issue? Did I get a lemon?

If you get nothing with all sliders being moved it is best to exchange for a new one for the dealer you bought it from.
