About two months ago, I bought a “Mint (Used)” condition green russian big muff reissue off of Reverb and it worked perfectly. After a month of owning it I went to play with it after a couple days not using it, pressed the footswitch to turn off True Bypass and all sound was lost. The red light still turned on, indicating that it was properly connected but no sound was made. After pressing it again and returning the pedal to True Bypass my amp continued to output sound. With the pedal enabled, I noticed turning up the volume tone and sustain knobs didn’t return the sound but created a louder background buzz in the amp. I tried recharging the battery but the problem stuck, and I can’t find any other solutions online. Not sure what to do, any help would be appreciated
Sounds like the switch is dirty.
You can try cleaning it with deox-it spray cleaner.
And you can please write the techs today at info@ehx.com
