Is the Ge4 muff a positive or negative ground effect? I just want to know if I can run it on my daisy chain or if I should be keep it isolated.

The instructions, available here: https://www.ehx.com/products/germanium-4-big-muff/instructions , don’t really say but I would assume that it’s negative ground since it doesn’t have any warning like the old Nano Clone did.

The Germanium Big Muff is, indeed, negative tipped.

See power indicator in picture below:

I have mine chained with most of my other pedals and powered by a 1Spot.
