I have a pedal board with 12 effects on it and my question is relating to the placement of the freeze pedal in the pedal chain The pedal order is as follows -volume pedal, compressor , fuzz pedal , pitch shifting synth pedal , envelope filter, chorus, tremolo , POG 2 , Freeze , Cathedral stereo reverb then to a stereo delay. I have pedal. tuner output from the volume pedal but not in the pedal chain
Currently the Freeze pedal is right after the POG2 and before the Cathedral reverb and a delay pedal which is then output to my amplifiers. What I would like to do is put the Freeze pedal in place of where the Tremolo pedal is right before the POG2. Where the Freeze is currently placed on the board is not convenient for me to use it and I’m just wondering if it will still activate the Freeze function further up in the chain. It seems to do it in in the place that it is now in front of the cathedral reverb and my delay pedal.
