Hi!
I play classics on bass-guitar, and one day I’ve come to the idea, that I need a sort of sustain pedal like the right pedal of a piano.
After some googling I’ve stumbled upon the Freeze.
But the idea of its usage is somehow other: the youtube demos show one some improvisations, where a single chord or a note is ringing, while a melody is being played.
May be, that is the reason why its switch totally sucks (it’s no fun to switch it SO many times within one song): to make the pedal doing what I want I needed to screw another socket into it and to plug in an external sustain pedal for keyboards.
So, I find the pedal really cool, but I think that EHX engineers should think also of another concept of controlling it. Drilling the pedal by yourself (with loss of warranty etc.) just won’t do.
