    Was just using my 2880 the other night and the play/record/new loop button stopped lighting up. Now when i plug it into my computer it wants to format it but I am too nervous to do so….what should I do?? It worked fine before and i was able to move/transfer loops with no problems, now all of a sudden it want me to format it……whats the deal? thanks

    Just format it like any memory card, it won’t do any damage at all. If that doesn’t sort it, c’mon back here.
