Hi,

Bought this Muff effects unit almost exactly one year ago, great sound! But it has developed an electrical fault. When you plug in, the in socket crackles – the lead crackles in this socket if you move it around. The Muff sound goes loud then soft again, jumping from one to the other. Every now and then there is a loud pop! noise 😮

This unit is only 1 year old and I paid something like $250 for it. I didn’t expect something this expensive to develop problems after such a short time.

Hopefully there is a fix?

Although both tubes are lit might one be defective?

How do I check this out?
