Does the Memory Boy expression input require a 1/4 stereo jack to utilize that function? I may be getting the Boss FV 500H-which is a combo Volume/Expression Pedal with an additional tuner output. Boss states that both functions can be utilized at the same time? They also say you need the 1/4 stereo jacks at both ends? I also left a previous post pertaining to the Memory Boy usage.
That’s what an expression pedal input is. All the EHX pedals that have expression jacks that I’ve played hook up to an expression pedal via a stereo plug.
What they mean is that you need to hook it up with a stereo 1/4″ cable.
BTW, Analogman mentioned that they got them in, and that when used with the 500H, since the H has way more resistance than most expression pedals (500k vs 10k) that it actually extends the delay range up to about 2 seconds (at which point he says it gets very lofi)
