    Am I the only one who wants more than just on/off for reverb or does no one else want different reverb levels for distortion & clean? How about an expression pedal input on the Holy Grail to control the mix level.I know some EHX pedals have exp in but (correct me if I’m wrong) not for mix level of all things…just other parameters I guess for FSU type fx. For now the only way to do this is to also buy a Morely FX Blender or make a paralooper unless your amp has multiple channels,a parallel FX loop & adjustable send levels per channel,which is fine when I use my Marshall 6100 but obviously not with my Plexi.This is the only thing keeping me from getting one of the Holy Grail versions that you make.

    I have the same problem, and my solution is to split the signal and mix it back together at some point, and use a volume pedal with the delay/verb set full wet. It’s not a perfect solution, but it is incredibly flexible, and opens you up to new effects combinations running them in parallel instead of in series. (At first I split the signal right before the delay, now I do it earlier and run several effects in parallel with fuzz.)

    If EH were to do an expression blend, I’d prefer them to have it be a wet level control instead of a straight blend control though, but maybe that’s just me.

    How are you splitting/combining the signal,Y-cables? If so whats that doing to the tone & impedance?

    I have different levels for the clean/drive channels on my amp, so I’m lucky…. but yeah, I couldn’t use the same settings for both.

    Does anyone know the proper way to split/combine the signal (to one amp),maybe I’ll go that route since I have a volume pedal anyway? The splitting part doesn’t worry as me much,I suppose a simple Y-cable would suffice so long as it’s after a buffered pedal but what about combining the two? Should there be a resistor or something in line to keep the two signals from stepping on each other? I’m not adverse to making it myself if I have to.

    unless you’re running dual big muffs, the signals aren’t going to step on each-other when you re-combine them. Also, you don’t have to make it if you have a pedal that has stereo in/mono out abilities (Boss RE-20, Boss LS-2,Boss FBM-1 etc)

    if you’re feeling really fancy, make a box with a 250K blend control for the parallel effects lines.
