    Hi I have sent my black finger to the european repair centre about three weeks ago but despite e-mails to them I have no reply is this normal.

    Hi there,

    where is that repair center? I live in Sweden and have a pedal which needs some repairment. Sorry that I can’t answer the question…

    I was not aware that an official EHX European Repair Centre existed. Where is it?

    Do they have a phone number?

    Thanks for your replies. I contacted the European service center, but I have no warranty on the pedal so I would have to pay both for service and postage and it would propably cost about as much as a new pedal. I’ve bought a second hand MXR Flanger instead.

    apologies if this is slightly spammy – I’ve repaired numerous pedals over the years (plus built and modded a reasonable number too) and certainly look at any UK (and possibel) Euro work work or mods if anyone is interested.
