so i tried that, and its not as close as i was hoping… im not getting your sound for some reason… it feels more choked out than twangy/buzz to me… if you have access to an EHX Micro Synthesizer i would be very interested in how close you can get to an acoustic sitar sound… i read that the band Silverchair (who i dint know about before searching on how to acheive this sound) used a micro synth on a guitar for the sitar parts in “petrol and chlorine” since you are the effectologist, i would like to see if you can make that tone… like an acoustic sitar… very very very interested… and if you nail it, im instantly buying one…
And I really really appreciate your time bill, thank you sooooooooo much.
Very nice but I find I have to improvise with my non-EHX gear and match it with my few EHX pedals to try and achieve the effects you extract and the results usually disappoint. But the Effectology lessons are great entertainment value whatever happens. I wonder if you could devise any sonic trickery with a mini pog, Stereo Electric Mistress, Hazarai and a Freeze. I ask coz them’s the only ones I got.
PS I appreciate the need to highlight fun which can be had with the new gear EHX makes.
Bill,
Thank you for the amazing demo. I can’t see the settings on the Indian backwards sounds and some of the others (it looks like you have all the knobs for the Memory Man down) same for the POG2.
Can you post those settings?
Thanks!

Thanks Carmine!
The backwards stuff was done using just a Stereo memory Man with Hazarai in the reverse mode.
I will put a pic up of the setting the first chance I get.
Thanks again for watching.
