Electric Mistress settings? – Electro-Harmonix

I’ve finally got this Electric Mistress working well. It’s been a bit of a hassle, what with it’s AC cord, and finicky switches. I was able to clean up everything and adjust things and got it working right. Totally worth it, since I only paid 40 bucks for it.

Anyway, anyone have some good settings for it?
I like the chimey tones I’ve heard using the Filter Matrix, but find myself unable to get the same satisfaction. Is it supposed to feedback if you’ve got distortion on?

Which version are you using? Pics?

I believe it’s a 90s reissue.

I’ve replaced the stock 4558 for a TL072, to lower th noise a bit.

If your unit is feeding back, it could be that you have the color knob set too high.
