i mean i see plently of guys including myself with pedal boards full of aweosme ehx pedals, but then they have a boss or something or other tuner.
how about the idea of an ehx tuner, im pretty sure with all the technology you guys have that it could be programmed to be super accurate, possibly a small footprint, (nano / xo), aweosme graphics, awesome name you know ?
im sure this may have been discussed a million times before, but if it has, why hasnt it come about ? surely it would be another great product to add to the line of pedals ?
There is already a thread about the ehx tuner, one of the conclusions made was that since there are many tuners out there, it would be irrelevant for ehx to make one more.
I think it would have to be something else as well as a tuner…. like a tuner with A/B and true bypass loop or something…. or it would have to do something the others don’t. I doubt TC would have released a tuner if they hadn’t come up with the polytune, because most other tuners basically do the same thing… there’s a lot of companies that don’t make tuners and I suspect this is why … it’s just difficult to make something that has a unique selling point I suppose.
yh that be a good idea, perhaps i didnt think it through enough
itd be, could have like you say a loop on it, so you can run the pedals through an amps loop and then into the front and stuff or something else, perhaps like the ability to run other ehx pedals with inbuilt power extensions or something
it could have mikes face on, surely thats a selling point
