i currently use ehx 12ax7’s in both of my bassmen amps (59 bassman ri and 70’s bassman ten) and they sound great! very reliable as well.
im looking to try some of the ehx 6l6’s as well. anyone else love ehx tubes?

I like the EHX Tubes. You have a great amp set up. The 6L6’s have great headroom and the pre-amp section is nice and quiet.
6L6EH
Modeled after the vintage RCA 6L6GC “blackplate,” the 6L6EH features large plate dimensions and improved grid structure for increased power handling capabilities. Also features mica spacers with metal springs to eliminate tube rattle and microphonics. The 6L6EH offers tone and performance superior to any other 6L6 or KT66 type.
What this really means is that 6L6EH are AWESOME!
well, lucky for me the ehx 6l6’s are the right price too.
ive had tubes fail on me in lots of different amps ive had but i can honestly say ive never had an ehx tube fail on me, and ive used them about half the time ive used sovtek, JJ and groove tubes.
