EHX Super Switcher not turning on – Electro-Harmonix

Hi, my Super Switcher isn’t turning on.

I tried doing a factory reset by pressing down crtl 1 and ctrl 2, then plugging the power supply, pressing boost and finally bank down.

During the whole reset process the unit DOES turn on, but when I plug the power supply again to start using it, nothing happens.

I really appreciate your help.
