    I used it like 3 times now when switched on the led light wont turn on and its cuts signal but not when its off.. I checked wires but nothing seems loose anyhelp?

    Are you using a battery or power supply?

    I was using a battery then i switched to a power supply (which i switched the polarity from center – to center +)

    So you plugged a power supply in that had reversed polarity?

    Yes but thats after the fact that it stopped working then which i took the battery out and tried the power supply

    Really? I’m going to be paying as much I got it for to get it repaired… any thing else I could do before trying to return?

    Did you try it with a battery again? Also, open it up and see if there are any loose wires or something smells burned.

    Ya new battery didnt work. Nothing smells burnt either. But I took some photos https://imgur.com/a/nE6SCGY..

    Also I dont know if this matters or not but when not having any power source in it the clean signal still passes through until i step on the switch then it cuts the signal

    That’s normal. You might contact EHX customer service in my link and see about sending it in for repair.

    I bought it used so im thinking it will cost.. might as well sell it for parts, never buying a EHX product again

    Sorry but please don’t blame us for used gear we have NO control over.
    The switch may be dirty and cleaned with a spray called deoxit.

    Please write service they fix stuff fast and cheap.

    I wrote EHX they didn’t respond.. Can anyone tell me how to troubleshoot what causing the problem

    I fixed it somehow.. I resolder the led light wire and used a center negative power supply.. but I see that on forums people are saying its center positive but ehx.com says center negative, can anyone clear this up. Also sorry for the bashing, its normal to blame when ur ignorant about a subject.
