Good Morning –

Just got the silencer – works great, but only when using a battery as the power supply. I’ve tried using both a 1sot and a supa charger isolated brick to power the unit, but in both of those instances, when I turn the reduction knob past 10 o’clock there is no sound from the amp (the threshold and release knobs do not function at all when powered this way). I have tried multiple amps and the problem persists. Any help would be appreciated. Thanks!
