So I have bought a used Ring Thing off of reverb recently, and after testing it out, I have noticed a big problem with it. The one knob seems to be changing by itself, i.e., I will set everything how I want it, or use a preset (it doesn’t matter), and the light on it will flash indicating it has been changed, and you can obviously hear it as well. This change happens gradually over time.

It is unclear right now if it was damaged during shipping or what (I am waiting for a response from the seller), but none the less, what can be done to fix this problem? Is it a bad potentiometer or something?
